Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator/Production Worker to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in warehouse distribution and materials handling, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. This role involves operating various types of heavy equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to support our shipping and receiving operations.

Responsibilities

Operate forklift to load and unload trucks, move raw materials and finished goods safely. Perform order picking to ensure accurate inventory management. Complete documentation related to inventory movement and warehouse activities. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards. Collaborate with production team lead and supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues. Engage in heavy lifting as required. Support production team as required.

Qualifications

5-10 years of forklift operation experience. Valid forklift certification. Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and safety. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
