The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a full-time Foreclosure Paraprofessional in our Saskatoon office. We are recruiting a full-time Foreclosure Paraprofessional in our Saskatoon office. This position will work closely with all lawyers and staff of the Firm. This position will draft legal documents, file documents with the Courts and Judgement Registries, and will be responsible for overall day-to-day file management. We will train the right candidate, but preference will be given to those who have two years or more experience in Foreclosure.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in foreclosure area Manage disbursement and time entries Understanding and knowledge of ISC Land Titles, PPR, legal terminology, legal documents, procedures and processes relevant to litigation and foreclosure Experience with drafting and submitting documents and correspondence to financial institutions, courts, and other 3rd party vendors Experience in displaying exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite package, including Word, Excel and Outlook
