Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Food Truck Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving delicious food from our food truck. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck, including cooking equipment, utensils, and serving areas. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Assist in taking customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and answering any questions regarding the menu. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods. Perform inventory checks and assist in restocking supplies as needed.

Skills

Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation protocols. Experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards in food preparation. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
