Food services Supervisor

LJW Catering is hiring a Food services Supervisor in Fredericton, NB.

Responsibilities:

Establish methods to meet work schedules

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

Hire food service staff

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Address customers' complaints or concerns

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Supervise and check assembly of trays

Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:

Fredericton, NB E3B 1N1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:

serving: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Smart Serve (preferred)
Work Location: In person
