The Scope: Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Supply Chain Co-ordinator's main purpose is to streamline and manage distribution procedures to our four main restaurant brands. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to LTO (limited time offer) management, in addition to the skill of anticipating roadblocks and delivering improved service performance. They will manage the distribution service to more than 120 restaurants and 55 hotels within the Northland brands. This position is all about excellence in service! Core Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors (internal and external)
  • Increase vendor performance for fill rates
  • Responsible for the management of the distribution channel
  • Manage the responsibilities of the coordinator role
  • Forecasting skills for seasonal volume changes
  • Resolve services issues that are reoccurring with distribution and vendors
  • Work with purchasing to execute smooth menu roll outs
  • Manage LTOs for effective results
Job Requirements:
  • 3 years of distribution experience (either in food service or hospitality)
  • Ability to problem solve quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactivity ability to see ahead and to create higher levels of service
  • Ability to manage and grow team members to higher levels of excellence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent Communication skills
