Ensure food service and quality control Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food Manage kitchen operations Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances Clean kitchen and work areas Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
