Maria's Tortas Jalisco is seeking a Food Server / Food Prep with food handling experience to join their team. The main objective of the role is to provide excellent service to customers by accurately reading orders, preparing and plating food, and maintaining cleanliness. Ideal candidates should possess experience working with food, strong communication skills, a customer service attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. What you will do in this role:

Food Counter attendant will read customers' orders and assist in serving, preparing and plating each dish as per order working alongside team. You may also prepare, heat and finish cooking simple food items. As a food counter attendant / food preparer, your duties include:

Reading each order with accuracy preparing food and plates as trained by family / team ensuring each order is accurate and complete working together with team in a timely manner to ensure each order is prepared in time. stock refrigerators, cupboards and cold table station clean and sanitize working area including, work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas, as well as dispose of kitchen garbage, Sweep and mop. clear and clean trays and other task as determined by management
