Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant management and hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food offerings. This role requires effective leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including staffing, budgeting, and inventory control. Supervise and train staff in food preparation techniques, customer service practices, and cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Develop menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences and dietary needs. Oversee the operation of Point of Sale (POS) systems to ensure accurate billing and reporting. Conduct interviews and hire new team members while fostering a positive work environment that encourages staff development. Monitor guest feedback to enhance service quality and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations during events or peak service periods.

Experience

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety regulations, and cash handling processes. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences for guests. Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
