The Facilities Management & Operations (FMO) Administrator is located in Regina, SK and reports directly to the Contract Manager.
The primary responsibility of the FMO Administrator is to assist the Contract Manager to ensure reporting and invoicing are submitted to clients in a timely and accurate manner to facilitate adherence to contract obligations and schedules. Assist the Contract Manager in managing monthly cost detail reports and reviews to ensure prompt payment and cash flows are maintained. Assist in leading the continuous support of all invoice and business processes of the Saskatchewan DCC Project. Maintain a productive and efficient facility maintenance operation within the DCC Contract.
