Who We're Looking For:

Aleph Floral is seeking an experienced, passionate, and creative Florist & Sales Associate to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in floral design, excellent taste, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to independently create stunning arrangements.

Your Responsibilities:

Design and create floral arrangements for a variety of occasions including weddings, funerals, and special events. Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs and preferences. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral shop, ensuring all displays are attractive and well-stocked. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing sales transactions efficiently. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain inventory levels. Stay updated on floral trends, techniques, and seasonal offerings to enhance product knowledge.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in cash handling and experience with POS systems. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. A passion for flowers and creativity in floral design is essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Strong sales skills with a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience.
