What you'll do

Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday celebrations. Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Mentor and train junior florists on best practices in floral design and customer service. Manage inventory levels, including stocking supplies and maintaining accurate records of sales and orders. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on floral selections. Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions while ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Create visually appealing merchandising displays that attract customers. Stay updated on industry trends in floral design to inspire innovative creations.

Basic qualifications

5+ years proven experience in floral design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in problem-solving, initiating solutions and leading change Management experience, including training/coaching Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online sales Multilingual abilities to cater to a diverse customer base

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
