About the Role:

As a Keyholder, you will play a vital role in daily store operations, customer service, and maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation. This role requires both responsibility in managing store access and hands-on creative work with florals and specialty foods.

Responsibilities:

Open and close the store according to company procedures. Create and maintain floral arrangements that meet our luxury brand standards. Assist with chocolate strawberry and specialty food preparation. Provide excellent customer service and assist with sales. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Support the team during busy holiday seasons and special events.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience working with flowers

in a professional setting (floral shop, event florist, etc.).

Cooking or pastry experience preferred

(not required). Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness as a keyholder. Provide exceptional customer service and manage customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience. Flexible availability with a focus on

weekends

. Part-time: up to and between

10-20 hours per week

, depending on seasonality.
