Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Floral Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for flowers and design, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating beautiful arrangements that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Design and create floral arrangements for daily sales, events, and special occasions (weddings, funerals, corporate, holidays, etc.) Process and condition flowers as needed to maintain freshness and quality Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace and sales floor Assist customers in selecting floral products and provide excellent customer service Manage inventory, including unpacking shipments and monitoring flower stock Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and uphold design standards Prepare and package orders for delivery or pickup Support seasonal installations and holiday decorating projects

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques Excellent sense of color, balance, and creativity Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays during busy seasons

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
