As part of our expansion in the U.S. market, we are seeking a Flooring Sales Associate to join our Los Angeles team.

Compensation

Base Pay: $20 - $23 per hour + Commission Training and career development opportunities provided Relocation assistance available
Work Schedule

Regular hours: Monday to Friday May occasionally include evenings or weekends as needed
Responsibilities

Meet with customers to help them select suitable flooring products based on their needs and preferences Conduct in-home visits to assess flooring requirements and provide customized solutions Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to achieve and exceed sales goals Assist the sales team with daily sales-related tasks, order follow-ups, and product inquiries Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in flooring, building materials, or related sales Chinese language skills are an asset Willingness to relocate to 10012 Santa Fe Springs Rd, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 (Relocation assistance provided) Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
