Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Utilize POS systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display. Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling practices. Manage customer accounts and provide excellent account management services. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Stay informed about industry trends, renovations, construction, and marketing strategies to better assist customers.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management. Experience in high-end sales or outside sales is advantageous. Knowledge of merchandising principles and effective marketing strategies. Organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment. Ability to negotiate effectively with customers to close sales deals. Multilingual abilities are highly valued to cater to a broader customer base.
