Flooring & Finish Trades -- Minimum Qualifications
Trades Required:
Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) - Glue?Down Installation
Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) - Click/Float Installation
Carpet Tile (CPT) Installation
Cove Base Installation
Millwork Base Installation
Installer Requirements (Subcontractors):
Must perform work using trained professional installers.
Minimum 2 years experience in the specific trade(s)
Installers shall meet manufacturer installation requirements.
Must comply with all jobsite safety rules, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines.
Any deficiencies due to poor workmanship shall be corrected at subcontractor expense.
Payment per SF for subcontractors.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
