We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and experience in flooring installation, including carpentry.
Duties
Install vinyl flooring and carpet. tile will be bonuses.
Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary underlayment.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, shape, and install flooring materials.
Perform caulking and finishing work to ensure a polished final product.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
Requirements
Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction fields.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in flooring installation.
Strong skills in tile laying, carpentry, and caulking techniques.
Previous maintenance person experience is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
