Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Support sales consultants with product demos, negotiations, and closing
Maintain a strong customer-first environment and handle escalations
Oversee daily floor operations, staffing, and CRM accuracy
Assist with inventory organization and vehicle merchandising
Conduct sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Support sales staff with Kia University training completion
Qualifications
3+ years automotive sales experience (Kia/import brand an asset)
Previous leadership or floor management experience preferred
Strong communication, coaching, and customer service skills
Knowledge of CRM and digital retailing tools
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
