Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support a team of automotive sales consultants
Set sales goals and track daily, weekly, and monthly performance
Conduct regular sales meetings and
hold ongoing training sessions
to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance
Work directly with salespeople on the floor to close deals and improve customer satisfaction
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with management on pricing and promotions
Ensure all sales processes follow Ford brand standards and dealership policies
Review and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
Previous automotive sales management experience (Ford experience preferred)
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Proven ability to drive sales performance and develop a team
Solid understanding of automotive sales processes and CRM systems
Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
