We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Floor Manager at our CF Pacific Centre store!
About the Role
As a Floor Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the front-line activities on the sales floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience while leading and motivating your team. Including but not limited to...
Manage shift schedules to ensure proper staffing coverage and assign team members to store zones, ensuring all areas are fully covered and operations run smoothly throughout the day
Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance-related issues
Ensure all areas of the floor are fully stocked, organized, and presentable to provide an excellent shopping experience for customers
Ensure the store is clean, safe, and complies with all health and safety standards by regularly inspecting the floor and addressing any maintenance or cleanliness issues
Oversee the proper handling of cash transactions from associates and reconcile daily sales reports
Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, striving for a positive resolution to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
What We're Looking For
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
2 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store management
Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, dedicated to continuous learning, sharing expertise, and staying up to date with the latest products and trends to guide staff and enhance the customer experience
Skilled in effective communication and relationship-building, fostering trust and collaboration with team members, customers, and stakeholders to create a positive and productive environment.
Demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in store operations, including staff training, workflow coordination, and ensuring compliance with company standards to achieve operational excellence.
Proven problem-solving abilities, with a track record of resolving customer concerns promptly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities to strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.
