About the Role
As a Floor Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the sales floor activities on the sales floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience while leading and motivating your team. Including but not limited to...
Coordinate shift scheduling to maintain full staffing levels and allocate team members to designated store areas, ensuring seamless daily operations
Supervise employee performance, deliver constructive feedback, and resolve any performance or conduct concerns in a timely manner
Monitor daily sales and store operations, submitting regular updates and performance insights to senior management along with actionable recommendations, while keeping open communication on floor activities
Maintain fully stocked, tidy, and visually appealing sales areas to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience
Conduct routine floor inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations, addressing any maintenance issues immediately
Motivate and collaborate with team members to achieve strong performance, offering guidance and support to uphold company expectations
Oversee accurate cash handling by associates and ensure end-of-day sales reconciliation is completed properly
Handle customer concerns promptly and courteously, working toward effective resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
What We're Looking For
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
2 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store management position
Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, dedicated to continuous learning, sharing expertise, and staying up to date with the latest products and trends to guide staff and enhance the customer experience
Skilled in effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships
Demonstrated strong leadership and store operation capabilities
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
