Organization and coordination of examiners
Trade School Application
Office Administration:
Daily financials - tracking invoices
Inventory and Ordering
Month end financials with CFI
Fuel ordering and tracking
Maintain social media and marketing
Events and school visits
Instructor timesheet collection and initial review
Scheduling of office staff
GPS/CFS subscriptions and updates
Maintenance tracking and scheduling
Supervision of other office staff
Office tidying and cleaning, as needed
PREFFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
Some knowledge of general office procedures.
Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
Strong customer service orientation.
Able to write simple correspondence, including memos, letters, etc.
General mathematical skills.
Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases.
Meticulous records maintenance skills.
Experience in Aviation company considered an asset.
Leadership experience considered an asset.
