Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Flight Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training aspiring pilots in both theoretical and practical aspects of flying. The Flight Instructor will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of aviators.
Responsibilities
Conduct ground school sessions covering aviation theory, regulations, and safety protocols. Provide one-on-one flight instruction in various aircraft types, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Evaluate student performance through assessments and practical flight tests. Develop personalized training plans tailored to each student's learning pace and goals. Maintain accurate records of student progress and flight hours logged. Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and advancements in aviation technology. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and confidence.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $72,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
