We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Flight Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for aviation and a commitment to fostering the next generation of pilots. As a Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive flight training, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and mentoring students in both technical skills and aviation knowledge.
Responsibilities
Conduct ground school and flight training sessions for students at various skill levels. Develop individualized training plans tailored to each student's needs and learning pace. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and operational procedures during flight training. Assess student performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of student progress and training hours. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and confidence. Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and advancements in aviation technology.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
