Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Flight Instructor to join our aviation training team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse student populations. Fluency in multiple languages, including French, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, and English, is highly valued to enhance our global outreach. The Flight Instructor will be responsible for providing comprehensive flight training, ensuring safety standards are met, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

Duties



Conduct flight training sessions for students at various skill levels, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements Develop customized lesson plans that cater to individual student needs and learning styles Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement Maintain detailed records of training progress, flight hours, and certifications achieved Supervise ground school instruction and facilitate classroom discussions on aeronautical concepts Ensure all aircraft are properly maintained and prepared for flight sessions Assist in curriculum development and update training materials as needed Promote excellent customer service by addressing student inquiries professionally and courteously Lead safety briefings before flights and debrief after each session to reinforce best practices Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive training program

Qualifications



Extensive flying experience with a strong understanding of aircraft systems and mechanics Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach complex concepts clearly Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in aviation or related fields Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in record keeping Customer service orientation with the ability to foster positive relationships with students Knowledge of GIS systems is advantageous for integrating spatial data into training modules Prior experience supervising or mentoring other instructors or staff is preferred
