The

Part Time Flexible Customer Service Associate

consults with customers on their rental. Maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections. Ensures that the customer receives world-class customer service and sales support. The responsibilities also include shuttling customers. This position also ensures vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up, which includes cleaning vehicles. assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids.

Strong oral and written communication of ownership, accountability, and initiative. Applicant must possess all auditory, speaking and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above. The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following such as sitting, standing, waking, bending and twisting, climbing, driving, pushing and pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading. Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine is required.

Responsibilities



Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Engage with clients over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Utilize analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Assist in upselling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish, if applicable. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Detailing of Vehicles Checking KM, Gas level and checking for damages

Skills



Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable. Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer needs effectively. Proven sales experience with a focus on upselling techniques. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient phone etiquette to ensure professional interactions with clients.
