We have an opening for a Fleet Administrator to assists with the administration and coordination of our organization's fleet of vehicles. This role includes maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with government rules and regulations, company policies and practices.

Duties

Requirements



Maintain all master records and lists for all company vehicles and equipment; VINs; serial #s, model #s; purchase dates; warranty information; etc.
Liaise between drivers and mechanics to ensure required repairs are recorded and completed

Data entry of all work orders and service entries into Navision

Enter hours and kilometers from Vehicle Inspection Sheets into Navision weekly, ensuring preventative maintenance program is adhered to on all equipment

Assist in scheduling work and organizing shifts in the garage

Assist in monitoring maintenance costs, consistently sourcing parts and outside mechanical work at the best possible price and quality

Reviews purchase orders and invoices with accounting to ensure coding accuracy and input for payment

Monitor fleet insurance and ensure all newly acquired equipment is added correctly and all disposed equipment is removed

Annual CVOR renewal and RMCAO certification

Qualifications



Education: Post-secondary education or equivalent
Skills & Abilities: High attention to detail and good organizational skills, plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines, good interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, intermediate to advanced computer software skills (Microsoft Office Suite), knowledge of truck parts and components, work with suppliers to ensure good price for quality parts, work under pressure using critical thinking

Personal characteristics: Self-motivation, integrity, confidence, flexibility, communication skills, team player

Experience: Minimum one year in a role that included scheduling of fleet maintenance activities, maintaining parts inventory, data input, tracking and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Work Location: In person
