JP Towing is looking for an experienced, Fleet Maintenance person. This person must be experienced in Fleet and Vehicle maintenance. Requirements \xc2\xb7 Annual & Preventative Maintenance Program Implementation and Execution \xc2\xb7 Perform yard truck inspections & spot inspections \xc2\xb7 Take Trucks to and from shops for repairs and PM \xc2\xb7 Truck Sign In & Sign Out \xc2\xb7 Equipment Inventory Monthly Report \xc2\xb7 Truck Inventory Weekly Status Report \xc2\xb7 Truck Permits and Licencing (working with Director of Ops.) \xc2\xb7 Driver Hiring & Training \xc2\xb7 New Driver Onboarding \xc2\xb7 Driver Discipline, Corrective Action, Non-Conformance \xc2\xb7 Must be able to obtain a Toronto Tow License if required \xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Fleet Maintenance \xc2\xb7 Mechanical skills and experience an asset \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, organizational, planning and implementation skills \xc2\xb7 High level of critical and logical thinking. \xc2\xb7 Meticulous record maintenance skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects Working Conditions \xc2\xb7 Willing to work indoors and outdoors \xc2\xb7 Ability to attend and conduct presentations. \xc2\xb7 Able to lift at least 50 lbs. \xc2\xb7 Monday to Friday work schedule with the understanding that we are a 24 hour emergency service and on call work may be necessary at times.
