What You Will Be Doing
Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and licensing for all fleet vehicles
Track vehicle downtime and proactively manage repair timelines
Source, order, and stock parts, supplies, and consumables
Maintain clean, organized inventory and minimize overstock or shortages
Match parts to work orders and support technicians with accurate fulfillment
Monitor inventory turnover and reconcile discrepancies
Build strong relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing
Track costs and support reporting related to fleet and inventory
Support operational efficiency by improving parts workflows
Monday to Friday schedule, no evenings or weekends
Full-time, permanent position with consistency and autonomy
Salary based on experience and capability
Qualifications
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Clear communication and confident decision-making under pressure
Ability to manage costs, vendors, and internal team priorities simultaneously
Bonus: Knowledge of safety/compliance requirements for fleet vehicles
Bonus: Experience with shop management software (RO Writer, Mitchell 1, etc.) considered an asset
