Overview

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting freight and materials to various locations while maintaining compliance with all safety regulations. This role requires the driver to be well experienced with Flat bed loads.

Duties

Operate commercial trucks and RGN trailers to transport freight and materials across designated routes Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance Load and unload freight by self like heavy equipment when necessary Maintain accurate delivery logs, records, and documentation Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to ensure vehicle operability Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during transportation Communicate effectively with dispatchers and warehouse personnel regarding delivery schedules and issues Assist with warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and inventory management

Qualifications

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record Experience operating flatbed trailers and securing the freight using chains and straps. Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform basic automotive repairs is a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to operate trucks safely over long distances and in various weather conditions Prior experience in commercial driving or logistics is desirable Physical ability to lift chains and perform manual tasks as required

Pay: $7,000.00-$14,500.00 per month
