Work on diverse residential and commercial flat roofing projects across Newmarket and the surrounding areas of York Region/GTA.

Your Responsibilities as a Flat Roofer:

Install, repair, or replace built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts, hot asphalt, and gravel. Expertly install, repair, or replace single-ply roofing systems using waterproof sheet materials like modified plastics, elastomeric, or other asphaltic compositions. Maintain a high standard of quality and safety on all projects. Collaborate effectively with your team to ensure projects are completed efficiently. Manage materials and equipment responsibly on site.

What You Bring to the Team:

Proven experience and knowledge in all types of flat roofing applications, including BUR, MOD BIT, and single-ply systems. Valid Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Valid Rooftop Safety Training certification (Fall Protection). Physical aptitude for demanding tasks, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. A strong team player attitude with proven dependability and reliability. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with a consistent workload. Must be able to reliably commute to various job sites within
