Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across both departments. Monitor key performance indicators (CSI) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Lead, mentor, and develop staff to enhance productivity and professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve the service experience. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operational costs. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's interests.

Skills

Proven experience in operations management or a similar role. Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics management. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
