Ride Motor Company is known across Canada for helping people ride into adventure with great deals on ATVs, side-by-sides, motorbikes, boats, travel trailers, and cars -- regardless of credit. Until now, our service team has focused solely on supporting our thriving sales department. But now it's time to open the doors to the public -- and we need someone incredible to lead the charge.

What's the Mission?

You'll lead, grow, and run fixed operations across

two locations

: Edmonton and Nisku. You'll own:

Service & Inspection Operations

: Oversee and optimize the service department that prepares, repairs, and details our sold inventory.

Public Service Expansion

: Build a service business for the public from the ground up -- from pricing to workflows to team.

Team Leadership

: Develop your crew. Hire, mentor, and lead a top-tier team that loves what they do.

E-Commerce Growth

: Launch and scale a profitable

online parts and accessories business

that serves powersport customers across Canada.

Operational Autonomy

: Make the calls. Set the systems. Pivot fast. We're not here to micromanage -- we're here to support.

What You Bring to the Table

Proven experience managing or directing

fixed operations or service departments

in the powersports, RV, or automotive sectors. Experience

launching or scaling

service or parts operations (startup experience is a bonus). Passion for

team-building, problem-solving, and systems-thinking

. Comfortable working across

two locations

and leading a growing, multi-functional team. Entrepreneurial mindset -- if something's broken, you fix it. If there's an opportunity, you seize it. Ability to handle high-change environments and adapt on the fly -- because
