Shaw Lab Group is known for its exceptional commitment to supporting dentists with quality service and reliable communication. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Fixed Restorations Case Support Specialist to join our North York location.
This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in crown and bridge and implant restorations, who excels in customer interaction, planning, and resolving concerns proactively.

Duties and Responsibilities

Communicate directly with dentists regarding fixed restoration cases, including crown and bridge and implant details Provide comprehensive support and technical guidance to clients on restoration design, materials, and case planning Coordinate the scheduling and workflow of fixed cases, ensuring timely delivery and quality results Act as the primary contact point for customer concerns, addressing issues with professionalism and efficiency Collaborate closely with technicians, digital designers, and department leads to manage case progress Document client interactions, feedback, and solutions accurately and professionally Continuously seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, communication, and process efficiency

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a dental lab with a focus on fixed restorations Strong knowledge of fixed prosthodontic processes, materials, and terminology Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to troubleshoot technical and logistical case issues and offer proactive solutions Excellent proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) Comfortable using computer systems for scheduling, documentation, and digital case management
