Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: Off Alternating Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic

Dental Treatment Coordinator

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly organized, and excels at building trust with patients through clear, confident, and compassionate communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Present and clearly explain treatment plans to patients, ensuring understanding of procedures, timelines, and financial options Coordinate appointments and follow-up treatments using Dentrix and Recall Max Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint Answer incoming phone calls and manage scheduling inquiries professionally Submit insurance claims accurately and promptly Prepare and send treatment estimates to insurance companies; follow up on pending pre-authorizations Conduct new patient interviews and manage onboarding correspondence Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-ups Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience Proficient in Dentrix and Recall Max Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written in English Exceptional ability to build rapport and explain treatment plans with clarity and empathy Highly organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking Results-oriented and proactive in problem-solving Professional, friendly, and team-focused
