Fitter/Welder's

Proactive Industrial provides Custom Design, Fabrication, Installation and Millwright services to local industries. These industries range from feed manufacturing facilities, pet food plants, food processing plants and aggregate plants. We are seeking team members that have experience in a custom design shop environment.

Responsibilities & Duties of your Future Role:

Operate metal working equipment including shear, press brake, roll forming machine, saws, etc. Interpret mechanical drawings Fitting and welding - GMAW / SMAW Operate forklift Must work safely and contribute to the success for the fabrication team Must have good communication skills

Qualifications

CWB certification would be considered an asset Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions Excellent Customer Service Time Management skills Ability to work both independently, with little supervision and as a team Lift up to 50 pounds
