As a Financial Advisor, you have the ability to take a proactive approach to discover your customers needs and listen to understand how you can best assist them during their financial journey. You are patient and able to educate your customers, provide your expert advice and relevant insights, and build customer's comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help them achieve their financial goals. You have the ability to build authentic relationships within your circle, whether it be with your colleagues or customers, and discuss portfolio updates and suggest additional personalized solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Able to create strong, authentic customer relationships
  • Excellent customer service
  • High School diploma (or a recognized equivalent)
  • Able to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive to uncover and provide solutions customer questions or needs
