Successful applicants must have a degree or diploma in Visual Arts along with a strong background and related teaching experience with a variety of age groups and in a variety of contexts. The ideal candidate has prior visual arts instruction experience with various age groups and a focus on children, has great communication and customer service skills and is quick to respond when faced with challenging circumstances. Preferred candidates will have printmaking experience, be able to create a positive and encouraging learning environment, and will be friendly and motivating with students.
