As a Financial Services Data and Insights Solutions Senior Manager youaEUR(TM)ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Support financial services organizations with their data & analytics strategy and transformation programs

Gathering and analyzing client information and developing data-driven insights to support the development of data strategies and transformation plans

Use the latest tools to extract data from various platforms. Knowledge of SQL, SAS and other programming languages would help

Using your knowledge of Data Engineering & Architecture to solve clients (Financial Services) data challenges

Using your knowledge of Azure, Google, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake and Salesforce Data Capabilities to propose innovative data solutions.

Leveraging modeling languages like SAS, Python, R, to build predictive tools to help clients develop forward looking recommendation tools.

Ability to analyze performance of Financial Services Organizations and drive deep insight on the underlying challenges through data

Using Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlick to create reports and dashboards for clients.

Deliver client projects on time and within budget, utilizing tested Project Management methods, exceeding client expectations through outstanding team performance and stakeholder management

Work directly with clients to integrate People, Process and Technology (Data) components into meaningful, value added solutions

Build and maintain effective, trusting and collaborative client relationships at multiple levels

Collaborate with team members at various levels to lead and develop compelling client proposals, white paper, thought leadership and point of view, describing the business challenge and proposed business and technology solutions, scope, risks and dependencies

Contribute to building a strong and sustainable PwC culture through effective employee engagement, mentoring and coaching team members through timely, meaningful verbal and written feedback

Experiences and skills youaEUR(TM)ll use to solve

Significant experience in data, business analysis and advanced analytics

Prior work experience with a Financial Services analytics team

Strong understanding of one or more business domains within banking (e.g., Retail, Wealth, Commercial banking, Investment Banking etc.)

Hands on experience with data domains including and not limited to Data Management, Data Strategy, Business Intelligence, Descriptive and Predictive Analytics

A proven track record of successful project leadership and a demonstrated ability to manage client communications and expectations

Exceptional business acumen and business analysis skills

Exceptional written and verbal communications skills

Proactive and logical approach to information gathering with an ability to synthesize complex ideas and present information clearly and effectively

Experience leading teams through the process of developing a vision, establishing direction and motivating team members

Passion for client service

Capable of building genuine relationships, rooted in trust with clients and teams

Ability to thrive in an environment of pressing deadlines and changing conditions

Willingness to take initiative and assume responsibility

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard

An ability to travel to client sites across Canada
