The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients navigate complex financing structures. As a restructuring specialist, you will be responsible for managing clients and their files and matching/working with suitable financial partners to help clients achieve their financial goals. This will include providing real-time expert advice, and ensuring a smooth transaction from application to closing.

Duties

Assess clients' financial situations and needs to recommend appropriate financial products. Communicate effectively with clients to hi-lite available solutions that address their issues. Negotiate loan terms with lenders on behalf of clients to secure the best possible funding conditions. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the restructuring process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to offer informed advice. Prepare and submit loan applications and required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Utilize financial services knowledge to assist clients with cash management strategies related to their business plans.

Requirements

Proven experience in the financial services industry (banking, receiverships) is preferred. Strong mathematical skills for analyzing financial data and calculating loan options. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French is a plus (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply). Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients while maintaining professionalism and integrity. Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client files simultaneously.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
