Job Description

Our client located in North York, is looking for an Accounting Manager / Financial Reporting Manager for a 12-months contract opportunity. Working on a Hybrid model, you will be required to work onsite 2 days per week. Reporting to the Director and overseeing the financial accounting and reporting of the organization; the Accounting Manager will be responsible for capital assets, annual external audit, ministry compliance reports, special purpose government funding reports and external partners financial reports. Leading all the organization\'s external audits; liaising with auditors, preparation of working papers, reports submission as per deadlines and compliance, etc. will be a key component of this role. The successful individual will posses strong understanding of corporate accounting principles and will come with extensive experience leading end-to-end external audits. The Accounting Manager will have:

• Accounting designation (CPA, CA preferred)

• Strong related experience (corporate accounting, reporting and external audit).
