In this role, you'll be the right-hand partner to our ownership team. You'll oversee financial processes (with bookkeeping outsourced), coordinate operations, and manage technician scheduling through our CRM system. This intermediate role offers a clear path for career growth and long-term opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial processes and maintain financial controls, excluding direct bookkeeping.
Coordinate operational activities, including scheduling and deployment of technicians via the CRM system.
Collaborate directly with ownership to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable using Quickbooks - a must!
-Intermediate experience in operations and financial coordination.
-Familiarity with CRM systems and a solid understanding of financial oversight in a small business setting.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to work closely with leadership.
