Financial Operation Lead



We're looking for a

strategic Financial Operations Lead

who loves turning data into decisions. If you thrive on modelling scenarios, building dashboards, and influencing growth with insightful analysis, this is your role. As we scale, you'll be central to budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, with a clear seat at the leadership table. The role is based

in-person

in the mountain biker's paradise of Cumberland, BC.

What You'll Own:



Development of dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to guide strategy and resource allocation Analysis of inventory valuation, margin trends, and operational metrics Financial reporting to leadership and investors Month-end close and preparation of actionable reporting packages Recommending and implementing analytics tools and process improvements Oversight of all daily financial activities, including AP/AR, payroll, and admin

What You Bring:



5+ years in finance with a focus on FP&A or data-driven operations Strong dashboarding and financial reporting experience Comfort navigating e-commerce/retail metrics like CAC, inventory turns, and LTV Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability Experience with platforms like Odoo, QuickBooks, Stripe, WooCommerce Excellent communication and proven leadership abilities
