O2E Brands is looking for an exceptional Finance Operation Manager to join the team. You will be overseeing finance operations functions, along with managing a team of junior accounting professionals (AP & AR).

You are detail oriented, organized, possess strong analytical skills and problem solving skills.

For this role\xe2\x80\x99s duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 25% of time.

A Day in the Life

• Assist with interim and year-end audit responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of AR and AP functions including regularly reviewing Aged AR/AP Listing
• Ensure AR/AP EFT\xe2\x80\x99s are processed in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide guidance to the AR and AP team in handling complex customer and vendor inquiries

• Assist with documentation of all relevant finance operation functions
• Help ensure adequate controls are in place
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Assist with tasks relating to Netsuite implementation as needed
• Support Assistant Controller with ad-hoc projects as needed

What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Designated or soon-to-be-designated CPA is an asset
• Solid understanding of ASPE, US GAAP/IFRS
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
• Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detailed oriented and well organized
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently and meet strict deadlines
• Great leadership to supervise and motivate direct reports
• Knowledge and experience in Great Plains and Netsuite is an asset
• Experience in Netsuite implementation is an asset
