Job Description

This is a 1 year contract. The Financial Controller will provide oversight and guidance to the Accounting Team, including Payroll for the day-to-day, month-end and quarter-end operations. Responsibilities include:
- Monitor and oversee AR and AP functions, and provide leadership
- Monitor cash flows, loan balances, and FX transactions;
- Oversee and manage month-end and year-end financial reporting close processes;
- Perform monthly GL postings and reconciliations to ensure accuracy on financial reporting and to identify and correct any unusual items;
- Prepare year end financial statements , and act as the main contact for external auditors to compile and finalize the annual financial package in a timely manner;
- Analyze and interpret balance sheet and income statement metrics and trends, and be able to communicate and provide recommendation to the senior management team
- Budgeting and forecasting\xc2\xb7 CPA with 10+ years of relevant work experience\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage a diverse team involving full cycle accounting and payroll\xc2\xb7 Advanced Excel skills and proficiency on other Office suite applications, such as Power Point and Word\xc2\xb7 Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations\xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge of full cycle accounting, financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, financial closure, reporting etc.)\xc2\xb7 Experience with managing Payroll and budgeting and forecasting this component.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning\xc2\xb7 Well-organized with the ability to prioritize\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\xc2\xb7 Business acumen and problem solving skills\xc2\xb7 Proven leadership skills with the ability to provide guidance and direction\xc2\xb7 Preference given to any candidate that has experience with Great Plains and BI360Robert Half is the world\'s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
