Job Description
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Internal
Manage daily and period end accounting using Sage 300
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Manage HR and payroll processes Manage reporting to stakeholders and governments
External
Manage FYE external reporting for a variety of clients of our public accounting practice using Caseware, Caseview, Taxprep T1 and T2
Manage external accounting using a variety of accounting software such as Sage 300, Quickbooks, and Sage 50 Small business support of all the above software for internal and external clients
Other
Perform other duties as assigned by the CFO
Qualifications and Experience Required
Licenced CPA Licensed Public Accountant 5+ years Controller experience Canadian tax and compliance experience MS Excel, Word, Office Detail oriented Independent and team oriented worker Ability to manage time and deadlines for multiple projects
Salary
$90,000 Commensurate with ability and experience
