Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial aspects of the company and play a key role in financial planning, budget management, and ensuring the company's financial health. Responsibilities: - Manage all accounting operations including accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and accounts payable - Conduct regular account analysis and present findings to senior management - Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations - Utilize accounting software such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records - Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payments Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Proven work experience as a Financial Controller or similar role - In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in financial management software - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities If you meet these requirements and are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role as a Financial Controller, we invite you to apply for this position.
