We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Financial Controller

to oversee our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong expertise in accounting software and financial analysis, with a focus on optimizing financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making. Responsibilities



Manage all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct account reconciliations and perform detailed account analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other relevant platforms to streamline financial processes. Monitor cash flow and coordinate banking activities to optimize liquidity management. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory standards by preparing necessary documentation and filings. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including audit preparations. Develop internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Experience



Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role within a corporate environment. Extensive knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS) and best practices. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other relevant platforms is essential. Strong background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll management, budgeting, account reconciliation, and account analysis. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership. Experience in managing audit processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Pay: From $62,000.00 per year
