Job Description


Main tasks for the real estate company:

  • Oversee the day-to-day property management of a portfolio of multiple buildings, including allocation and distribution of budgets, tenant customer service and maintenance operations.
  • Ensure excellent relations with tenants through customer service.
  • Supervise staff and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operation, maintenance and repair of properties.
  • Submit and manage capital projects, including building improvements and tenant improvements, including budgets to complete them.
  • Prepare calls for tenders, award and supervise service contracts.
  • Be responsible for the revenues and expenses of the building, including preparing and respecting an approved budget; analyze monthly financial statements and prepare monthly management reports; ensure that tenants\' invoices comply with the lease.
  • See to the application of operational priorities, objectives, policies, practices and initiatives in accordance with the set objectives and the strategic direction of the company.
  • Administer leases to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the leasing representative to support the achievement of rental projections and keep buildings 100% leased.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to tenant repair requests to ensure overall service delivery complies with standards and leases.
  • Maintain management systems, service calls and documentation up to date, classified and easy to use for other departments involved.
  • Carry out regular inspections of buildings, identify anomalies and plan repairs according to the budgets granted.
  • In collaboration with the legal department, collaborate in the settlement of disputed cases affecting tenants, including payment defaults.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR GROCERY STORES:
  • Plan, direct and coordinate all operational functions relating to accounting.
  • Manage the accumulation and reconciliation of all financial data necessary to perform accounting of consolidated business results accurately;
  • Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements.
  • Coordinate the activities of external auditors.
  • Provide management with essential information to enable them to make informed decisions.
  • Manage the budget process.
  • Oversee regulatory obligations, which often include tax planning and compliance
  • Supervision of the accounting team.
  • Assist management with all other related tasks and special projects.
