Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with proficiency in various accounting software. As the Financial Controller, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations while providing strategic insights to support business growth.

Responsibilities



Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and budgeting. Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring timely reporting and compliance with accounting standards. Conduct account reconciliation and account analysis to maintain accurate financial records. Develop and monitor budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial goals. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation for audits. Lead the finance team in achieving departmental objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is required. Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role within a corporate finance environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, account reconciliation, and account analysis. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, or similar platforms is essential. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
